Update
Progressive London has set up an online petition against this coming January's fare increase. The fares hike will see the price of travelling around London increase above inflation but with some fares rising much more sharply. The price of a single bus journey using Oyster will rise by eleven per cent.
The petition urges that the unnecessary fares increase be cancelled.
